Stop. Be real. You have a life. And, you have a lifestyle – the way you live, the way you are. It’s easy to cut your hair and have a new hairstyle. It’s not so easy to have a new lifestyle.

Do what you can do, feel good about it, and be successful.


Set yourself up to succeed – not fail.

If you want success … don’t over commit. Think about what you can really do.

Do tell yourself, your doctor, your friends, your spouse, your parents what you really can do. Be realistic. Don’t just try to please them. Please yourself.

Lifestyle changes include, wanting to:

-- exercise more
-- lose weight
-- or, for people with diabetes – get better blood sugar results.
