We are nutrition and health experts who love helping others enjoy a healthy lifestyle. 

We have worked in a wide variety of health-related jobs including teaching individuals, families as well as small and large classes.  Some of us have done research. Others have developed special programs to help people figure out how to make sense out of health instructions -- "How do you really do what your doctor says to do."

Mostly, we believe, that people helping people is the way to make changes to improve one's health and fitness.  That's why we have this website that focuses on sharing Success Tips from "real people."
